 Key Stage 2 School choir

Our school choir leader is:

Miss Williams: willl1161@mastacademy.co.uk

Our Key Stage 2 choir has been designed to give our All Saints children in Years 3–6 (ages 7–11) the opportunity to develop their musical skills, confidence, and teamwork through singing. It provides a creative and enjoyable way for pupils to explore music, improve vocal technique, and learn about rhythm, pitch, harmony, and performance.

Through regular rehearsals and performances, our choir helps children to build their confidence in expressing themselves and performing in front of others.

We develop teamwork by working collaboratively toward shared musical goals and enhance listening and concentration skills through learning and following musical direction.

It fosters a love of music and the arts, encouraging lifelong engagement.

Finally, it promotes our school community and pride through participation in concerts, assemblies, and wider community events.

In essence, our Key Stage 2 choir nurtures musical talent while supporting personal, social, and emotional growth in a fun and inclusive setting, whilst ARISING and Shining in a creative and exploratory way.

Events

Choir club will continue on Thursdays, 3.30-4.15pm in term 6.

The children will often attend short meetings to discuss any upcoming events.

Young Voices 2026

We had a wonderful time at the O2 celebrating the 30th anniversary of Young Voices 2026!

We had an excellent turn-out and thoroughly enjoyed our time alongside other schools in the MAST trust!

Watch this space for the amazing photos... we are planning to attend again in 2027!

The future sounds beautiful!

We look forward to other exciting opportunities that may arise in the near future and thank you all for your support.

I am planning to bring the choir on some more incredible journeys in 2026-2027!

Auditions will soon be underway for 2026-2027!
