This term our themes are Let's Explore and What makes me special.

Let's Explore

We have learnt about the local area, we found the school, the church, and the park on googles map and looked at the buildings and surrounding areas. 

We have explored our school, finding our way around the school. looking at the playground, the difference in the buildings. 

What Makes Me Special

We have been learning about ourselves and families. We have learnt about what makes us special. We have looked at our features when drawing our self portrait. We had a teddy bear picnic afternoon, We took our teddies in to school and ate a yummy picnic. 

We have read books on families and houses. We acted out the Bear Hunt story and made a story map together. 

Music day

For Music day we learnt how to play arrange instruments, making different sounds following instructions.
