Achieve – Respect – Include – Support – Enjoy
Located at the heart of the diverse community of Chatham, Kent, the school has 315 children on roll from Reception to Year 6 and the last Ofsted inspection graded the school “good” with outstanding features and recently rated as ‘outstanding’ by the Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS).
In September 2015 with two other local Church Schools, we formed Medway Anglican Schools Trust.
We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Office Manager to manage our busy school office where they will be the first point of contact for parents, children, staff and visitors, so high levels of emotional awareness and resilience along with a ready smile will be fundamental skills. This is a key role in the organisation of the effective running of the school and will be responsible for all aspects of school pupil administration and reception.
We are looking for someone who has:
· An excellent standard of education in English and Maths
· Experience and knowledge of SIMs.net
· Excellent IT skills
· Excellent level of communication and organisational skills
· Be a miracle worker who can process large volumes of paperwork whilst still maintaining a sense of humour.
You should be flexible and enjoy working as part of a team. The post holder will be required to interact with staff at all levels as well as with children, parents and visitors to the school.
“As a school we always aim high and fulfil our full potential. We care for each other and make sure everyone is included in everything” – Year 6 pupil
If you feel you would like to ARISE then informal visits to the school are both welcomed and encouraged. The school is very friendly and you will not want to leave!
