We are changing lunch contractors from September 2024. Our new lunch system will be managed by a company called Aspens. Their food looks really lovely and they hold exciting themed lunch days each month.

Every day children can choose from sandwich options, hot meaty food, hot vegetarian food and jacket potatoes. There is a salad cart, access to daily baked bread and children can also help themselves to saucy pasta salad.

Aspens lunches cost £2.37 per day which must be paid before the child comes to school. Parents must go onto the Aspens website, look at the menus and select the food for their child before paying.

For the first 3 weeks of the new school school term - Aspens have pledged that they will feed every child whose parents have tried to order them a dinner on the website but failed due to technology glitches.

Parents were sent a paper copy of a letter in the last week of the summer term instructing them how to access their lunch menu selection website and payment app. Some parents have already started using it and ordering for a whole term ahead! Some were going to wait until the school re-opened again in September.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO GO ONLINE AND ORDER YOUR CHILD'S LUNCH IN ADVANCE

All lunches must be booked by parents online before 9.30am.

IF PARENTS HAVE BOOKED A LUNCH IN ADVANCE AND THEIR CHILD WILL BE ABSENT FROM SCHOOL, PARENTS MUST GO ONLINE TO CANCEL THEIR CHILD'S FOOD SELECTION OTHERWISE PARENTS WILL STILL BE CHARGED.
