Terms 1 and 2 has been an interesting journey to Ancient China. The children have been learning about the Shang Dynasty, and exploring the lasting legacy of the first five Chinese dynasties. They have written non chronological reports, narratives as well as enjoying drama sessions.  The children have debated the teachings of Confucius and in Art created clay 'Taoties' which in Ancient Chinese mythology are believed to be gluttonous creatures.
