Hola Mexico 

For the past two terms we have being learning all about Mexico, its traditions, culture and the history of the Mayan's. 

We have created our own Day of the Dead masks as part of our DT topic, in PE we learnt the Mexican Hat dance and in Literacy we created a Mayan Myth based around a God or Goddess character. 

At the end of the term children have the opportunity to design and create a Pinata. We then took them to the Hall and had the chance to play with them to gain some sweets. It was very much enjoyed by all the children.
